November 2019

Dearest maturing, no more baby Ceyone,

In our household system, you had double fun. You went out with Papa and you went out with me. Spending time with animals was one of your favorite activities. I think you went to the zoo or river safari or the bird park at least 2 times a month if not more. Here are some pictures of your adventures with Papa.

You sometimes didn't like me as much coz I made you do writing / homework.

Our weekend writing classes continued.

As it was the festive time we had several home parties and we also went to an Indian dancing pub named Gabbar at Clarke Quay. I had a lot of fun dancing non stop after a long time.

The biggest attraction was our condo Diwali Party in which you danced with your friends for the 3rd year now. The song that we had selected for your group was 'chak dhoom dhoom dhoom' and 'dhagaa la lagli kada'. So you boys were dressed in your swim suits for this rainy sequence and later we changed you into the traditional attire.

We also went to see an orchestra at Victoria Theater.

You learned to draw Greg Heffley.

At work, me and my team celebrated my boss' birthday with paneer tikka tasting.

There was also our work year end party with Greek theme. Honestly, I felt overwhelmed with so many events happening almost every weekend and in between was work, travel planning and other admin tasks. At times I felt like pulling out of a few and thankfully all passed peacefully.

We also went to watch Frozen II as a celebration of your group's dance performance.

More pics from Diwali celebrations.

And after all the activities life was back with the usual handwriting classes.

I think I watched your dance video at least 20 times Ceyone. I loved to see your how you jumped cutely and chubbily at each chak dhoom dhoom line.

May you dance everyday, Ceyone.
Love,
Mumma
